The Answers You Need
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
All benefits eligible PLNU employees are able to participate.
DO I HAVE TO BE ENROLLED IN BENEFITS AT PLNU TO GET THE REIMBURSEMENT?
No. Any participating benefits eligible employee is able to earn incentives regardless of whether they are enrolled in PLNU’s health plan.
CAN MY SPOUSE PARTICIPATE?
Yes! We’re excited for you and your spouse to work together toward an increasingly healthy life. While they will have access to WellRight and all the challenges, spouses will not be eligible for monetary rewards.
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL AND HEALTH INFORMATION?
WellRight is fully Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant. Your identity and personal information are protected by law and remain strictly confidential and secure at all times. Your employer will never see your personal health information.
WHAT IF I AM PHYSICALLY UNABLE TO DO SOME OF THE ACTIVITIES?
We understand there may be situations in which individuals are physically unable to participate in a biometric screening or other challenges. If this situation pertains to you, please contact WellRight Support at support@wellright.com and they will provide reasonable alternatives for you.
DOES WELLRIGHT HAVE AN APP?
Sure thing! Just go to the Apple or Play store and download it like any other app. Your WellRight login credentials will be required.
WILL WE STILL BE USING FITBITS? CAN I USE A DIFFERENT DEVICE? WHAT ABOUT MY APPLE WATCH?
Yes! You can still use your Fitbit and many other devices. Login to WellRight and choose devices to view a complete list of options.
DO WE STILL GET A FITBIT DISCOUNT?
Yes! All PLNU employees can order up to two Fitbits each calendar year. Order through this link: https://www.fitbit.com/welcome/PLNUWellness. We will not be providing discounts for other activity trackers.

HOW MANY POINTS DO I HAVE TO GET TO EARN HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT?
WellRights takes a “points = dollars” approach where you will be able to cash out your points at any time, once you have completed two required challenges. 15 points will equal one dollar with a max of $200 rewards!
